Iowa and Pennsylvania.

The mills that provide our lumber follow FSC guidelines. We have a strong personal relationship with a
select number of mills which allows us to source the very best and most unique material.

We do not provide in-house millwork services but we can offer to have your material made into flooring, paneling and trim by a third party millwork shop. Additionally, we are not a sawmill but can refer you to trusted sawmills.

Wood is a natural material that can exhibit cracks or hidden defects depending on the environment it is in. Shipping lumber between two different climates can alter the physical characteristics of
the material. Because of this we cannot guarantee the lumber we ship will be delivered to the customer in the exact condition it was when it was shipped.
